Cancellation of Registration
- Registrations cannot be canceled once entered.
- In exceptional cases where the fault lies with the payment gateway or our system, we will cancel your participation upon request.
Refund Process
- Refunds for canceled participation will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
- The refunded amount can be used to join other contests on MY11POWER.
- Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original card used. Payments through a gateway will be refunded to the same account.
- The refund process typically takes around 5 to 7 working days to be completed and credited back to your original payment method.
Account Balance Policy
- Users must use their account balance within 365 days.
- Any unused balance after this period will be forfeited by MY11POWER.
- Withdrawals of unused balances are allowed only in exceptional cases, determined at the sole discretion of MY11POWER.
